The Boost Archery Course has been developed and trialled by Archery GB over a number of years with proven results in improvement in PBs and classifications. It is aimed at Club Archers, particularly those new to the sport or who want to improve their technique and focuses on form, skills and strength and conditioning. It will help you set clear archery goals and put in place what you need to do to achieve them
The Course will be run by Nick Mitchell and Eileen Plenderleith and starts on 11th January running through to 1st March 2017 (Wednesday evenings). Each session will last for about an hour starting at 7.30pm and will take place in Berkswell Reading rooms, CV7 7BE. The cost is £16 for the 8 sessions.
