Quite simply, membership of one of the best archery clubs around. Members are welcome to shoot 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The club has its own extensive shooting grounds which makes this possible, and targets bosses are permanently laid out at a variety of distances on the field. Safety fencing has been installed to ensure safe shooting at all times. Our grounds also include a paddock with a covered shooting area and permanent floodlit targets up to 50 meters. There are some rare occasions during the year when our neighbours (The Woodmen of Arden, a private member’s archery club) shoot traditional, long distance rounds. On these days, there may be some restrictions on which lanes can be used to shoot the longer distances.
We run regular ‘Improvers’ Sessions’ where our experienced coaches will provide support for all levels of Archer, and they will also provide one-off support on request.
Refreshments are always available on a self-service basis in the club house – please bring your own milk.
